MindGrowthPath offers personal development coaching sessions and live workshops (collectively, "Services"). Details of each Service are provided at the time of booking.

We also offer digital materials, courses, and guides ("Info Products"). Access to Info Products will be granted upon successful completion of payments.

4. Goods

Physical items such as journals, workbooks, and merchandise ("Goods") are available for purchase through MindGrowthPath.online.

5. Payments

All payments must be made in advance via the available payment methods. Pricing for each Service, Info Product, or Good is listed on the website.

6. Refund Policy

We strive to ensure satisfaction with all offerings. Please review the following refund guidelines by category:

6.1 Services

If you are unable to attend a booked coaching session or workshop, you may request to reschedule at least 48 hours before the scheduled start time. To request a reschedule or a refund, please contact us via Contact Us. Approved refunds for Services will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval. Requests made within 24 hours of booking are eligible for a full refund. Requests made later may be granted at our discretion based on availability.

6.2 Info Products

For digital courses and guides, you may request a refund within 14 days of the date of purchase if you have viewed less than 20% of the content. To request a refund, contact us via Contact Us. Approved refunds for Info Products will be completed within 10 business days to the original payment method. After the 14-day period, all sales are final.

6.3 Goods

Physical items can be sent back within 30 days of delivery in unused condition and in original packaging. To initiate a refund or share, contact us via Contact Us with your order details. Sent items must be shipped to 301 Front Street West, Toronto, ON M5V 2T6, Canada. Once we receive the item, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. You may choose to share the item at no additional cost.

7. No-Refund Services

Certain specialized offerings, such as private intensive retreats and personalized coaching packages, are marked as non-refundable at the time of purchase. These offerings require significant preparation and dedicated scheduling, and the time commitment involved prevents us from reallocating resources. Once purchased, these services cannot be canceled or refunded. Please review offering details carefully before booking.

MindGrowthPath reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on the website with the effective date. Continued use of our offerings after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
